Meet the Makers of Y Bwthyn 2025

While we share a studio space online, each item is handmade with an individual artistic vision.

🧶Calm Krafts, based in Aberystwyth, is a yarn studio creating collectible, life like and seriously fun yarn creations full of character and charm, all crafted by hand. Calm Krafts also offers workshops and yarn craft courses, helping others discover the joy of imaginative yarn art.

🐈‍⬛️ Creative Cats by Wendy specializes in quirky cat paintings, cards, and prints that overflow with personality. Wendy also captures vibrant local scenes from Ceredigion and North Wales, with all her creations made in her tranquil garden studio. Wendy also offers classes at her studio.

🐏 The Crafty Cambrian is our needle felting artist who draws inspiration from the wild beauty of Wales, the sea, and ancient local mythology. Each piece captures the spirit of the Celtic landscape, from coastal creatures to mythical beings, reflecting a deep connection to heritage and heart.

We are committed to running our small business with a focus on sustainability, keeping our packaging to a minimum wherever possible.
